Attila studied the Science of Sports at the Technical University Munich (TUM).

Already very early in his career he was fascinated by the the whole variety and diversity of team sports. His experiences as youth player (f.e. for the Bavarian Representative Team and for the club teams of FC Bayern München, TSV 1860 München, SpVgg Unterhaching) and later as youth coach intensified his interest for various aspects of team sports.

Group Dynamics and especially the reflection of the dimensions „Influence“, „Closeness/ Distance“ and „Belonging“ have been the focus of his work with teams. His experience in the area of sports psychology he could further develop in the youth academy of SK Rapid Wien. He worked with the individual athletes but also with the team as a unit. The consultancy of Coaches (Coach the Coach), parents and   sport organizations completed his portfolio of mandates in sports psychology.

Attila Varga has already coached plenty of athletes on their way into a professional career. The athletes and teams he coached so far have been able to collected national and international titles.
