Marcia loves working with people – especially teams and modern leaders. As a lecturer, systemic coach, business psychologist, and founder of COACH UP Publishing, she supports organizations in unlocking their potential, rethinking leadership, and establishing sustainable change.

With her many years of experience as an HR business partner, change manager, and agile coach, she brings in-depth expertise from the corporate world – combined with a great deal of heart, clarity, and creativity. In her trainings, coaching sessions, and workshops, she uses a solution-oriented, systemic approach, creating spaces for development, motivation, and genuine connection.

Marcia recognizes team dynamics with sensitivity and also handles conflicts with intuitive confidence. As Managing Director of COACH UP, she combines coaching, leadership, and media work – and with her magazine, she brings personal development to companies and onto shelves in the DACH region.

She is also a certified Pilates instructor and teaches in her own studio – with a great love of movement and a keen sense of balance.
