Dr. Heinz Wübbena
Managing Director
Heinz Wübbena first got an engineering degree in electronics. He was working 22 years in the microelectronics on an international level.
As Co-Founder and Managing Director he successfully developed multiple companies in the area of technical consulting and sales of innovative semiconductor solutions in Germany and other European Countries to become market leaders in their segment.
As a Coach in Volleyball for youth performance teams he found his way to the topics Mental Coaching and Sports Psychology in Team Sports and decided 2010 to follow his passion for Team Sports and the work with athletes on mental and psychological aspects of the game. He started 2010 to study Sports Science at the Carl von Ossietzky-University of Oldenburg and finished in 2017 obtaining a Ph.D.. During his research activity he developed a group dynamic model for interactive sport teams. The so called iGP2-Model is the foundation of the iGPM method he developed for the sports psychological work with teams in sports like soccer, handball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, etc..
Heinz worked with Teams in Volleyball, Handball and Beachvolleyball on various performance levels (national championships, Bundesliga Handball, 1./2. Bundesliga Volleyball male/female). He is currently working with a team in the Volleyball-Bundesliga and with one National Team in Volleyball (VNL, European Championship 2019, Qualification for Tokyo 2020).
