After studying psychology at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg with a focus on personality and motivational psychology, he devoted himself to his passion for combining psychology, sport, leadership and team development.

Already during his studies, he worked for a coaching company with a focus on mental training and sports psychology in 2009 and worked as a psychologist in handball, basketball, volleyball and handball Bundesliga t for well-known clubs.

From 2012 to 2021, he co-founded an AI company that developed innovative approaches to derive psychological motives from language. This was followed by activities in organizational and team development, as well as his role as CPO of a green tech company.

In addition to his work in the corporate world, he has been supporting board members, managers, athletes and start-up teams as an independent coach and consultant for over a decade. With his deep understanding of personal development and team dynamics, he supports start-ups and established companies in growth and change phases.

He has been the current team and sports psychologist for SC Magdeburg Handball since 2017.

His core competencies are leadership and team development, psychological analysis of founding teams & business models, scaling organizations and transformation and strategic coaching processes for companies and sports teams.
