Regina played volleyball competitively for 20 years<\/strong>. She has experienced how important the physical part and also the mental part is individually and in a team. She played for the German national team<\/strong> from youth to women’s level, won the German championship and the cup as team captain and leading player and was runner-up in the European Championships as a substitute in the national team. 1 year abroad in Spain rounded off her career.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

During her professional career, she trained as a sports and fitness merchant. This was followed by further training: Sports mental trainer, relaxation coach, resilience coach &amp; personal trainer<\/strong>. She is passionate about learning new things, experiencing them herself and being able to pass on this knowledge.<\/p>\n

In 2016, she ended her career and started working in a women’s sports club, where she was able to contribute all her knowledge.<\/p>\n

Regina has been self-employed since 2022<\/strong>. She gives personal trainings &amp; group courses for moms who are allowed to master new challenges in this special time of their lives, both physically and mentally, which Regina knows as a mom of 2 and likes to coach holistically. As a networker, she is also building up her own team and here too she can contribute all her knowledge and experience from competitive sport and business as a mentor.<\/p>\n
